We are a real estate investment fund buying residential and multi-unit property in select

neighborhoods throughout the United States. We buy properties ranging from vacant

land to multi-unit apartment buildings and provide a source of liquidity for owners who

are interested in selling their properties in a fast and efficient manner. We run multiple

strategies in our portfolio and take each property through our proprietary analytical

process in order to determine its suitability for one of our strategies. Based in Southern

California, we have assets and team members in various states that allow us to

streamline our operations and move with conviction when something meets our criteria.
